Our experience with Kathy was very positive and we already have her working on another real estate project for us. 

We ended up buying a house sight unseen based on her recommendation. Having worked with us for a few months she knew what we were looking for and what was important to us. 

She  was right and we love the house. She put a condition in the offer that we didn't want but she wanted o make sure we had the option.  It proved to be an important clause that saved us money and could have cost us so much more. 

She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is quick to respond to make sure you don't lose an opportunity and get a good deal

Kathy was attentive and understanding of my needs when it came to purchasing my first house, she new the area and the type of house I wanted and needed to fit within the type of loan I had procured. I was looking for a place in the west west plains area, she found several and worked around my  schedule to get me in to see them (I'm very busy in the summer so this was no easy task). Ounce she had shown me the place I would later buy we put in a lowball price with repairs that included some major appliances, complete siding repairs, roofing patches and some plumbing issues. In the end they completed all the repairs, ate the closing costs and knocked some money off as well. Kathy handled all the paperwork, helped me find inspectors and took care of the negotiations while keeping me in the loop the whole time. If I decide to sell this house or buy another one I will definitely use Kathy again.

Me and my wife is been working with Kathy for about a year now trying to find our dream home and property since we were buying out-of-state we couldn't just run over for one listing so Kathy would send us listings so we could make a plan to run over and look at several listings at once once we  found our place she made procedure so smooth and when there was a problem Kathy was right on fixing it,I can't tell you how much my wife and I appreciate Kathy,her and her staff are awesome if you want someone to go the extra mile for you buying a house or selling a house you can't do any better than Kathy.

It was so much fun working with her if we had any question she was right there she seemed always to be available .
